1. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and only collect the minimum information needed to serve you.

Information we collect

When you contact us to place an order (via Facebook Messenger, text, phone, or email), we may receive and temporarily store:

•  Your name

•  Phone number

•  Delivery or pickup address

•  Order details

•  Any messages or photos you send us

How we use it

Only to communicate with you about your order, arrange payment, and coordinate pickup or delivery.

Payment information

We never ask for or store full credit/debit card numbers. When you pay with Square, Cash App, or cash, those transactions happen directly between you and those services or in person.

Who sees your information?

Only the farmers and family members helping with orders and deliveries. We do not share or sell your information to anyone else—ever.

How long we keep it

We keep order-related messages and contact info only as long as needed for records and taxes (usually 7 years), then delete or anonymize them.

Your rights

Want us to delete everything we have about you? Just call or text (405) 626-4810 and we’ll remove it immediately.

2. Terms of Sale

Thank you for supporting our small family farm!

Ordering & Payment

•  All orders are placed through Facebook Messenger, text, email, or phone.

•  We accept Cash App, Square (card payments in person or via invoice link we send you), and cash on pickup/delivery.

•  Full payment is due before or at the time of pickup/delivery.

Pricing & Availability

Prices are subject to change without notice. Everything is raised in limited quantities—if we run out or something unexpected happens on the farm, we will contact you right away with options (substitute, refund, or waitlist).

Pickup & Delivery

You’ll choose your preferred pickup time or delivery day when you order. If plans change, please let us know at least 24 hours ahead so we can reschedule or hold your order.

Refunds & Problems

If you’re not happy with anything (wrong item, damaged, etc.), contact us within 24 hours with a photo and we’ll make it right—refund, replacement, or credit.

Because this is fresh and frozen food, we cannot accept returns of opened or thawed items for health reasons.

Act of God / Farm Life

Weather, animal health, and Mother Nature sometimes change plans. If we can’t fulfill your order, you’ll get a full and immediate refund.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas.

3. Delivery & Pickup Policy

On-Farm Pickup

Free. Come to the farm on the day/time we agree on when you order.

Home / Porch Delivery

We personally deliver on the days we arrange with you when you place your order.

Leaving Orders Unattended

If you won’t be home, just let us know and we’ll leave coolers on your porch or in the shade. Once the order leaves our hands, we are no longer responsible for thawing or theft.

Weather Policy

During extreme heat or cold we may contact you to reschedule for the safety of the food.

4. Refund Policy

•  If we make a mistake (wrong item, damaged product, etc.) → full refund or replacement, no questions asked. Just tell us within 24 hours.

•  If we can’t fulfill your order because of farm/livestock/weather issues → immediate full refund.

•  Customer cancellations: let us know at least 48 hours before pickup/delivery for a full refund. After that we may not be able to refund if product is already harvested/packaged.

We’re a small farm and want you happy and coming back. If anything ever feels off, reach out and we’ll fix it.
